Jenny Bieselin
“Really important meetings are planned by the souls long before the bodies see each other” ~ Paulo Coelho
While in the midst of a crossroads, Jenny Bieselin found herself in a Kundalini yoga class with Gurumukh. As an academic professional, Jenny lived in her head most of her life — completely disconnected from her body, that is, until she took the class: Courage to open your heart. This typically strong, reserved, serious young woman couldn’t control the floodgate of tears. The harder she tried the more they came. It was this one class that changed the trajectory of her life. This is where the soul already had a plan that the body was unaware of… .
Fast forward 15 years. From Jivamukti yoga to Anusuara Jenny has practiced and enjoyed many different styles of yoga. As an avid traveler she takes classes wherever she goes from New York City, to Paris, to Costa Rica. She believes each style can speak to us on different emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. All styles have their own uniqueness and beauty, just as people do. After 15 years of practice Jenny completed her yoga teacher training. Her classes are set to an assortment of music; and they’re a creative variation of vinyasa. Each class is lively, yet focused. In the words of Gurumukh, if we sweat and laugh every day, it’s what keeps us healthy, happy, and whole.
Jenny is registered with Yoga Alliance with certification in Hatha/Vinyasa. She completed her 200hr certification through Cambio yoga. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communication; and a Master’s in Speech Communication. She is also an assistant professor in Communication at the State College of Florida.
